This copperplate inscription of Śri Śri Bhuvana Laksmi Devi (Queen of King Bhupālendra Malla) donates a great deal of lands of support the maintenance of the Bhuvana Laksmiśvara Mahādeva Guthi and other necessary ritual performances of the deity out of its income. (This temple was originally known as Bhuvana Laksmiśvara. Only later was the name changed to Kokesvara Mahādeva located at the Hanumānḍhokā Durbār Square.) |
