This is the suna birtā land offered to the deity by Śivanara Siṃha, the son of Dhīrja Siṃha Syābaji of Kathmandu, Bhosikoṭola. The land was bought from Kuvera Adhikārī of Bauddha Kaleliyā at the cost of 10 rupees for 1 1/2 murīs of land. |
