This rukkā of Premier Vīra Śamaśera Jaṅga Bahādura Rāṇā is addressed to the staffs of the West No. 3 Tahasila Office under the decision made by the Guṭhī Administration Office that the rent be collected from the various plots of the guṭhīs named in the document and the payment be made to the Guṭhī Tahasila Office without causing any loss to the government, by the end of the fiscal year of 1951, otherwise defaulters will be punished. |
