| Abstract: |
This is a petition presented to the premier by Prem Bāhādur Pā̃ḍe Chetri, a descendant of Ganesa Pāde a kāzi of King Pṛthvi Pāla Sāhā of Gorkhā and Bhotu Pāde descended from the same lineage, a historically renowned person for his exploit. He prays to him that the land granted to them as free of taxes, in recognition of their services rendered to the king and country, be refunded to him and converted the confiscated land into the private Guṭhī which is endowed to support the maintenance of the various trusts of deities and inns belonging to the private guthi of the Pāde family. |
