| Abstract: |
This is the deposition made by Dala Bahadur Gharti, a former contractor of the Sāgānāsika Nārāyaṇa Guṭhī to the Guṭhī Administration Office on enquiry. He complains to the Guṭhī Office that he is not liable to be compensated for the expense of money entailed in the operation of the trust for the year 1989. It is the present contractor who has to bear all kinds expenses out of income collected from the rent of the land allocated for the year 1988 as agreed upon the terms and conditions of the contract. |
