The executive order of the premier directs the Guṭhī Administration Office to act as provided in law in respense to the petition submitted to him by the petitioner who prayed the premier to determine her right to the trust founded by Colonel Kulamāna Simha Basnyat. One of her uncles Madan Man Simha was killed in action in Lucknow in 1914 V.S. The petitioner claimed to have a share in the trust property of Palāñcoka Birtā. |
