The document issues an order to reimburse Rs. 106/75, including its interest during the mentioned period, to the contractor which was paid by him as the rent of the trust land and let Jitanarasing Acār enjoy the trust land from the year V.S. 1945 at the annual payment of Rs. 56/75 throughout his life. After him the trust should be given in contract at Rs. 106/75 per year. |
