This executive order of the premier directs the Guṭhī Kharca to deduct alms from the trust of Kulānanda Jhā Guṭhī to be distributed among 20 more lepers recently inducted. Four attendants are hereby retained for carrying food to the lepers. The alms-giving trusts of Pancadevala, Pūrṇeśvara, Raṇamuktesvara and others are hereby affected. |
