| Abstract: |
This is the petition submitted to the premier by Techoe Lāmā of Bauddha praying the former to process the suit in pursuance of the judgement remaining unexecuted in respect of his claim to the trust of Bauddha. Premier Jung Bahadur and Premier Bīra Śamśera had made judgement in his father's favour. But due to the death of the petitioner's father the suit remained unprocessed. |
