This is a petition presented to the premier by Aṣta Narayan Dangol of Ṣokana as a group leader of 46 members of the Rudrayeni deity dance praying him to let the petitioner enjoy facilities given to the other members of the Śvetakāli Navadurgā deity dance and free him from the forced labour which he has to abide by the rule of the Rudrayani deity as a member or cancel the practice of the deity dance of Ṣokanā.
