| Abstract: |
This is the supplication to the premier by Gorṣa Mān Kusale, a resident of Naxal, Cārdhunge. He prays to the premier that the rent collected from the shops belonging to the Bhairavanātha Guṭhī be given to the forced labourer who used to clean the inn and temple of the deity and also the instrumentalists be appointed to operate the rituals of the deity from the kusale caste. The executive order of the commander-in-chief directs the Guṭhī Administration Office to act in accordance with the law. |
