| Abstract: |
The Bintipatra Niksāri Aḍḍā (Petition Sanction Office) from the order of the General Mohana Śamśera J.B.R. directs the civil court not to take the claimed amount of money as fine on the petitioner, Devi Dāsa's misrepresention in respect of the guṭhī land converted into the state trust as he and his associates were pardoned but they were liable to be punished with the fine of Rs. 20 for the same. Further it directs the court to appoint Kṛṣṇa Dāsa to the post of the revenue agent as he informed the true fact to the office. |
