This is the statement made by Ujira Siṃ Bista, a trustee of the Matsya Nārāyaṇa Guṭhī to the Guṭhī Adminsitration Office in respect of the trust land granted to his father by the sanada (charter) issued in 1924 (V.S.). He claims that the list of lands under his custody was made free from the taxes out of the authority of the Guṭhī court then. |
