This is the report presented to the premier by the Guṭhī Admisnitration Office as regards the confirmation for the conduct of the Matsya Nārāyaṇa trust and its maintenace affected. The Guṭhī Office recommends the premier that the petitioner Padma Bahādur Biṣṭa be appointed for the same as his forefathers were assigned to do the same in accordance with the rukkā (order) granted. |
