This is a copy of the note from Prime Minister Candra Śamśera Jaṅga Bahādura Rāṇā issued to Indra Bahādur Biṣta Chetri as the contractor of the Matsya Nārāyaṇa Guṭhī and some other reconstruction and maintenance of the monuments damaged. It was confirmed for the same as his brother Padma Bahādur Biṣṭa, the former conductor was dead and his functions devolved upon him. |
