This is a bond made by the chief priest of the Raṇamukteśvara, Tripureśvara to the commander-in-chief through the Guṭhī Administration Office, praying him to grant him leave for two months as he has to go home. It had aslo delegated thereafter two junior priests in his own capacity to operate the daily rituals of the deity until his return as provided by the law. |
