| Abstract: |
Due to the plague epidemic in India, the influx of visitors and pilgrims was prohibited on the occasion of Śivaratri. The sadāvarta on this occasion is also closed. But this document instructs the officer named to distribute the haṇḍi sadāvarta as usual to those sādhus who were staying in Nepal at places in the four akharās. |
