This is a petition presented to the premier by the tenant of the land belonging to the Macchindranātha Guṭhī praying him to let him release from the payment of revenue of the trust land twice as rent owed to the Guṭhī Office without any warrant of arrest on him as he had already paid the same. In this regard the executive order of the premier directs the Guṭhī Office to act in accordance with law. |
