| Abstract: |
This is the petition submitted to the Premier by Bagvarsiṃ Sākya Bhikṣu, a resident of Raṇamuktesvara, Kathmandu. He prays to him that the Khānagī (remuneration) be granted to him as he has been operating the Kumāri Raṭha Jātrā festival since 1976 without any kind of emolument otherwise he be freed from that job. The executive order of the commander-in-chief directs the Guthi Administration Office to act it as provided in the law. |
