| Abstract: |
The Guthi Administration Office rules out that no action is required to be taken on the petition of Hari Gopal Karmācārya in respect of not paying the rent of the Sālān Gaṇeśa Jātrā Guthi land by the tenant as the case can be settled and handled in accordance with the law and his resignation also cannot be accepted as he fails to attend the Guthi office within the time. Futher no provision is made for the trust to be conducted by the Amānata (Guthi Office) itself provided by the law. |
