| Abstract: |
This is the petition submitted to the premier by Hari Gopāl Karmācārya of Bhaktapur. He prays to him that the trust of Sālān Gaṇeśa festival be conducted by the Amānata (Guthi Office) itself as the tenant has not paid its rent in due time and further adds that the temple as well as the deity- house damaged by the earthquake of 1990 be reconstructed soon as it has been a great constraint to the operation of the festival or his resignation be accepted. The executive order of the premier in this connection directs the Guthi Administration Office to act in accordance with the law. |
