| Abstract: |
This is a deposition submitted to the Guthi Administration Office by Hirā Mān Śreṣṭa in respect of the forfeiture of the property appertained to the copacerners as Sera Mān Śreṣṭa served as a guaranty for the contractual money lent to Bhairava Lal Karmācārya incase of default on payment owed to the Mātātirtha Candrabhrāteśvara Guthi. In this regard he alleges that everything was separated and partitioned and it was the ancestral house being the only property left by the father for the partition. |
