| Abstract: |
This is a deposition made before the Guthi Administration Office by Riddhi Mān Śreṣṭa as regards the forfeiture of the property appertained to the copacerners as his brother Sera Mān Śreṣṭa served as a guaranty for the money lent to Bhairava Lal Karmācārya in case of default on payment owed to the Mātātirtha Candrabhrāteśvara Guthi. Further he alleges that it was the inherited house being only the property left by the father undivided and all the rest of the property are divided. The following persons signatories to the document are testimony to the fact. |
