This is a deposition made to the Guthi Administration Office by Nanda Prasāda Śreṣṭa residing at the Yeṭakhā Ṭole, Kathmandu in respect of the contractor Mān Bahādur Sulpyā Jośī and the guarantor Sānu Mān Śreṣṭa who were accused of not clearing the contractual money owed to the Mātātirtha Candrabhrāteśvara Guthi. In response to the enquiry of the Guthi Office he alleges that the persons listed have been living in the locality of Yeṭakhā Ṭola as their names and addresses are similar to them. |
