| Abstract: |
This is the deposition made before the Guthi Administration Office by Rāma Bahādur Jośi, a son of Mān Bāhādur Sulpyā Jośi, the contractor of the Mātātirtha Candrabhrāteśvara who was dead without paying the contractual sum of money. In this deposition he prays that he be exempted free from the charge imposed on him in respect of the property and debt of his father as he was separated from him and was not liable to be punished for the same. |
