This is a reference report made by the Guthi Administration Office to the premier for approval praying him to refund the dues payable to the Guthi Office at the rate of two percent interest per annum under the usufructuary mortgage of land made by Dibya Bikram Rāṇā for the amount of Rs. 14000/-. Further, the borrower is dead and the time specified is over. In this regard the premier approves to seize the debtor's land of Bardia not covered by the sale of the land mortgaged. |
