| Abstract: |
This is a petition presented to the premier by Dipa Bāhādura Khaḍkā, a contractor of the Jayebagisvari Guthi of Sindhupālcoka. The contractor prays to him that the contract of the Jayebāgisvari Guthi be granted to him as usual. Further he complains to him that the concerned office should not cancel the contract without any guilty of embezzlement. The executive order of the premier directs the Guthi Administration Office to act in accordance with the law. |
