The Muluki Bandovasta Aḍḍā (Civil Administration Office) writes to the Guthi Administration Office to send the copy of the expense account entailed in the performance of the Jogicakra along with the items of the cost of the buffalo and the customary fees of the mahanta as the contractor in his petition complained to the premier that he was given a warrant of arrest without any due cause. |
