| Abstract: |
The king, addressing to Chief Priest Gopāla Bhaṭṭa, issues a regulatory Lālamohara to the concerned Bhaṭṭa of Paśupati and Jayabāgeśvarī to carry out the instructions and work assigned and to pay the remaining dues to the Bhaṇḍāra. He who does not abide by the regulation will be punished. |
