This executive order of the commander-in-chief issues a decree to the Guṭhī Ṣarca Tahasila to take out 6000 murīs of paddy equals to Rs. 30,000 at the rate of 4 pāthīs for one rupee from the Thapathali Rasada Godown (commodity ration godown) to provide relief for those people who are in trouble by the earthquake of 1990. It also directs not to collect the revenue from the people affected. |
