| Abstract: |
This is the petition presented to the premier by Nārān Maharjana, a tenant of the land belonged to the Degutaleju Guṭhī, about the rent for deduction. The tenant prays to the premier that the rent for the year 1990 and 1991 be rebated as the plantation had been swept away by the Viṣṇumatī River. Further he also complains to him that the rent of 1990 which was already collected by Kṛṣṇa Māna Suppā Jośī, a caretaker, be refunded within three days. The executive order of the premier directs the Guṭhī Administration Office to act in accordance with the law. |
