| Abstract: |
This is the decision made by the Guṭhī Administration Office under the persons signatories to the document regarding the compensation to be made by the former contractor for expenses entailed in the operation of the Sāngānāsikā Nārāyaṇa Guṭhī as claimed by the contractor. In this respect it administers the contractor that no further action needs to be taken as it involves the monetary transaction and eventually the case is sent to the Bāṇḍa-Phānta court (apportionment) for deciding the issue of claim and counter-claim of both parties. |
