This is a petition presented to the premier by Padma Nārāyana Rājbhaṇḍāṛi, a trustee of the Annapurna Guthi. He complains to the premier that the Guthi Śreṣṭā Adālata office has not handled the case properly as he has been fined Rs. 40/- for 5 years on charge of the misappropriation of the rent collected from the Annapurna Guthi shop rented. He prays to him that the case be adjudged by the Guthi Administration office until the final decision is made and odds to release him from the accusation made against him. |
