The document deserves the right of conducting pūjā (worship) of deity and an enjoyment of the trust by Rāmanarasing Acār as the trust was proved to be set by his ancestor Nānaka Sing Acār who was awarded the land for his successful asceticism at the foot of Lutikoṭa, to make a rainfall at the time of drought.
