| Abstract: |
This is the deposition made before the Bhaktapura court by Jagamāya, the daughter of Subedāra Harṣabir Śreṣṭa in respect of the claimant of the property left by her deceased father. She alleges that the property goes to Narabira Sreṣṭa, a collateral kinsman who had done the last funeral rites and he shall be solely responsible for the settlement of the arrears of the contractual sum of money owed to the Indrajātra Linga Guthi. |
