| Abstract: |
This is the petition presented to the premier by Nanda Lāl Jyāpu of Sunāguṭhi, Pāṭan. He complains to the premier that Syāma Nara Siṃ, a member of the Sunāguthi Ādekali, Balkumāri Trust did not conduct the esoteric rites and rituals of the prominent deities out of income from the trust land of 73 ropanies. Further he prays to him that the trust be administered under the Guthi Administration Office to refrain from mal practices otherwise it will be vanished without any due care of the trust on embezzlement. |
