Wife of Haribhakta Pādhyā, at the time of immolating herself upon her husband’s funeral pyre, donated 25 ropanīs of land out of the māphi birtā issued on dated V.S. 1894 Baisākh sudi 10, to Jāgesvara Pādhyā on V.S. 1933 to conduct saptāha Purāṇa thrice a year at Paśupati. Referring this matter the claimant, descendant of Jāgesvara claimed that he had the right for the ownership of the said land. |
