| Abstract: |
This is a copy of the ‘prasastisau rukkā’ (a panegyric note of the king) issued to Mahanta Setu Girī of Bhadgāon in respect of appointing to be mahantyāi (manager) of the Tājā Maṭha as the former mahanta was dead. Further it also directs him to abide by the rules and regulations of the maṭha as prescribed in the inscriptions and other documents relating to maintenances, rites and rituals of the maṭha from now on. |
