| Abstract: |
This is the petition presented to the premier by Sivānanda Girī of Vakulahara Maṭha, a resident of Lagana Tola, Kovahāla. He prays to the premier that the post of mahanta for the Tājā Maṭha of Bhaktapur, instituted in V.S. 1763 along with the other supporting documents, be granted to him as Candra Giri, the present Mahanta is not a person of same caste and guilty of adultery. The executive order of the commander-in-chief directs the Guṭhī Office to act in accordance with the law. |
