| Abstract: |
This is a petition submitted to the premier by Subbā Devi Dāsa, a resident of Jyābahāla Ṭola, Kāthmaṇdu in respect of the Rāmacandra and Pacali Bhairava Guṭhī for which the 58 3/4 ropanis of land as revenue free land were assigned to conduct the various rituals of the deities affected and to provide the persons, who use to take ritual bathing at the bank of the river with the bundle of haystacks needed in winter. But the granted lands were converted into the state trust without proper knowledge of them at the instigation of the accuser, Kṛṣṇa Dāsa, one of the trustees and it is under the judgement of the civil court. Hence, the petitioner prays to him that the alleged land be classified and retained them to their names with the land ownership certificate as before through the order of the same to the civil court where the case was sued. |
