This is the petition presented to the Prime Minister by Indra Bahadur Biṣṭa Kṣetrī in respect of the conduct of the Matsya Nārāyaṇa Guṭhī and other repairs and maintenance of the monuments affected. The petitioner prays to him that the assignment obtained from his forefathers be retained for the same in accordance with the lālamohara granted to Keśara Siṃha Biṣṭa Kṣetrī so long as his family line exists. |
