This is a statement made before the Guthi Lagata Jānca Office by Buddhi Mān Śreṣta, a tenant signatory to the document in respect of the rent of the Kothu Gaṇesa Guthi land unpaid as it is not feasible for cultivation. In response to the charge made upon him as the land was embezzled and the rent was not made, he claimed that the payment as rent of the land with be made as soon as the land is cultivable. |
