This document as codified in the regulation no. 5 made to the Nāpī Munsiphī (land survey office) measures 148 jagir of land registered in the name of Vaijanāth Pratāp Nārāyaṇa Siṃ associated with the Jānakī mandir, Janakpur within the boundry defined. The areas of land in Dhahnu abd Bhiṭha are conducive to the cultivation of 28 varieties of crop. |
