This is a petition made by ten tenants to the premier regarding the excessive rent collected by Nilakanṭha Jaṃgaṃ, a mahanta of the Jaṃgaṃ Maṭha Guṭhī located at Bhairavasthān of Bhaktapur contrary to the kind of land rate levied in the past. They pray to him that the rate of land-rent be diminished and release them from the excessive rent collected by him without receipt. This petition is sent to the Guṭhī Administration Office for legal action. |
