This lālamohara of King Surendra appoints Balaraja Giri to function as the abbot of Śrī Kapileśvara monastery situated in the district of Mahottari. He is required to operate the rituals of the deity and distribute alms as have been done traditionally. This will take effect from the year 1907 V.S.
