| Abstract: |
This document deals with a bundle of old garments and ornaments set with brocades containing 756 in number that incorporate the total weight of 23 1/2 dhārni of gold and silver taken out of them as they have been damaged by rats and othrs. They are kept in safe in custody of the priest. This is a kind of inventory of gifts, mainly ornaments offered to the deity by the number of donors including Kings and Queens from time to time. As revealed in the documents, the earliest date is N.S. 759, Māgha vadi 14. |
