This is a deposition made before the Guthi Administration Office by Ratna Bahādura Bānḍā residing in the house of Sera Mān Śreṣṭa on rent at the rate of Rs. 5 in a month but he has no knowledge of the forfeiture of the property appertained to the copacerners as Sera Mān Sreṣṭa stood surety for the contractual money lent to Bhairava Lal Karmācārya in case of default on payment of the Mātātirtha Candrabhrāteśvara Guthi. |
