This is a deposition made before the Guthi Administration Office by Sahu Ayusa Man Udāsa of Yetakhā, Kathmandu in respect of the contractual sum of Rs. 524 and odd as arrears of the Mātātirtha Candrabhrāteśvara Guthi not cleared by the contractor and the guarantor. As revealed in the document he complains that the name of the guarantor for the same is not clearly written and there is no person bearing the same name and caste as written in the document. |
