This executive order of the Commander-in-Chief directs the Guthi Administration to collect rupees 1500 form Buddha Vajra Lāmā for the state fees from 1970-73 and from 1974 on, he is required to pay rupees 150 per annum. The sum thus collected is to be used for repairing the Gompas. |
