Abstract: As mentioned in the inscription, Viṣṇudeva, in the reign of King Narendra Deva had the water-conduit constructed so that all people including Brahmaṇas might receive the merit of ritual baths three times a day. It is located at Naksāla Bhagavati Bahāla. Please note that the date of the inscription should be read 78 instead of 69. The transcription follows. (not deciphering the script due to lead tracing)
